    You can initiate a return within 60 days of purchase for unused items in their original packaging. Contact our customer service at globalsoccer2017@gmail.com to obtain an RMA number. Ship the item, clearly marked with the RMA number, to Global Soccer, 5731 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX 77081. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it's our error.

    Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving and inspecting your return. You'll be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
