Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

 

Time Frame

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

 

Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@globalsoccerusa.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (wrong item shipped)

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days
